What People Are Saying About Lamoine State Park

“Lamoine State Park, Lamoine Island, Maine- 62 sites unserviced. You can make reservations here until Labor Day but not available or needed in the fall. Sites of different sizes and some with views of Frenchmen Bay looking out to Acadia. Many are not level. Located 8 miles south of Ellsworth with boating, swimming, hiking in a beautiful setting. Cost $32.70 for someone from another state. We have camped here many times and it was just a one night stay for us. Bathrooms are clean with hot showers. This is just a beautiful place to stay. Fishing boats leave the harbor every morning and you can watch them come back in with their catch. Sometimes you can buy a lobster or two right from the boats. Sunsets are beautiful and looking out you can even see Cadillac Mountain. 56 M is a beautiful site overlooking the bay!” – gsnakehill, RV Park Reviews.
