Since this park only has four RV sites, you can be sure that you’ll get a secluded spot in the beautiful woodland surroundings overlooking Lake Frierson. The area features easy walking trails in Dogwood Lane as well as access to hiking trails in the forest. While at Lake Frierson State Park, you may see deer, raccoons, box turtles, opossums, squirrels, and songbirds.
Lake Frierson State Park is a quiet place with abundant natural beauty, especially in the spring when the wild dogwoods bloom. It has great fishing, boat rentals, paddle boats, hiking trails and a playground. In fact, it is known for providing some of the best RV camping near Newport, Arkansas.
