This park is perfect for the whole family as it sits on an island in the Columbia River between Portland and the state of Washington. Not only do you get easy access to the river for boating and fishing, but you also get to see and hear the huge tugboats motoring on by. Plenty of old growth trees provide shade and fencing between the campsites.
Visitors love the easy access to Vancouver and Portland. Being in the middle of the mighty Columbia River, this park is also a boating and fishing dream. The no-hassle check-in and pull-through sites mean easy in and out.
“I find the Tugboat horns enjoyable. Place was clean, bathrooms were clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful. Got plenty of TV stations over the air on my trailer antenna. WIFI didn’t work all that well, but most of them usually don’t in RV parks. Will stay again if I’m in the area.” – Rick, Yelp Review
