Adventure awaits at the Flambeau River Lodge & Campground on the Flambeau River, next to the Big Falls Flowage in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. Whether your interests lie in paddling the river or fishing for musky and smallmouth bass, you will have ample opportunities for both activities. Within the campground, there are 20/30/50 amp sites, rustic tent sites and cabins. Each site has a picnic table and a fire pit.
You will love that the Flambeau River Lodge & Campground is just below the Flambeau River State Forest. This mostly undeveloped region supports a number of outdoor recreational activities, such as paddling, hiking, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and riding ATVs. Canoeing is a popular pastime, and the river offers all levels of difficulty. The campground lies on 500 feet of shoreline on the Flambeau River and has a boat landing. Convenient amenities include a playground, canoe rentals, shuttle services and a bar and grill.
