As a unique geological formation located in Northeast Arkansas, Crowley’s Ridge attracts many visitors. The surrounding state park features many Jonesboro camping sites that are open all year-round. It got its name from Benjamin Crowley, a man who had his homestead in the area.
The park gives you access to a beautiful swimming lake that spans over 3 acres. You can go fishing, boating, kayaking, and swimming in this lake. There are also many events that take place at Crowley’s Ridge, including interpretative programs. The park has many facilities as well, including cabins for those who want to take a break from their RVs. There are also picnic areas, trails, and standard pavilions.
“If you love nature, then I strongly recommend this place. It is child and pet-friendly. There is camping, hiking, fishing, nature observing, and friendly staff available.” – Jason, Google Review
