Located right off I-80 in Sweetwater County near Green River and Rock Springs, Wyoming, Little America RV Park serves as the perfect basecamp for nearby parks and attractions. Little America RV Park features 42 spacious sites with back-in or pull-through spots. Back-in spaces are 25x45 feet and pull-through spaces are 25x60 feet, and each RV spaces includes 30/50-amp hookups, water and sewer hookups, free WiFi, a picnic table and activity yard. Travelers have access to all of Little America’s hotel amenities, including the 24-hour marble showers and convenience store, a heated outdoor pool, playground for the kiddos, a fitness center and three different onsite dining options, Lobby Bar offering pool tables and foosball, Travel Center Hot Grill & Deli and Fuel Center Hot Grill & Deli. The sites at Park City RV Resort have fire pits, and they get plenty of sunlight throughout the day. There are a number of renowned ski areas in proximity to this RV park. Concerts are held nearby in the summer. There are over 300 hiking and biking trails close to Park City RV Resort.

East Canyon State Park is situated on the banks of East Canyon Reservoir. The lake is to the east of Salt Lake City, and it is in a highly remote location. A medium-sized campground is housed within this enormous public park.
There are tons of ATV trails in the area surrounding East Canyon State Park, and walking trails are also available. Unlike many remote campgrounds, this facility provides full hookups, and it also offers direct lake access. This RV park stays practically silent all yearlong.

The campground has been in business for upwards of 30 years and takes pride in offering 192 sites with options for overnight or long-term stays. CamperWorld – Echo Island Ranch is a large RV park near West Valley City in Coalville. It is situated in the mountains to the east of Salt Lake City on the shores of Echo Reservoir. Even though it’s in a remote area, it is still right next to Interstate 80.
You can go fishing at CamperWorld – Echo Island Ranch if you have a license. This RV park is home to a number of nature trails, and it offers access to Weber River in addition to Echo Reservoir. Most of the sites at CamperWorld – Echo Island Ranch feature both picnic tables and fire rings.

Campers come to South Fork Campground to get a good view of the Ogden River. This campground has all of the essentials that you need to enjoy the great outdoors for a few days. One of the coolest things about South Fork Campground is the connection to nature that the site offers; it’s not unusual to see a moose or deer roaming through the premises.
There is something special about getting in touch with nature. South Fork gives you the opportunity to connect with the species you’ll find on land as well as those in the water. The views from this campsite are equally satisfying.

Utah Lake State Park is the most remote of the Provo campgrounds. The mountain views at this park are truly incredible, and it’s a great place for boating in the summer. The sites at Utah Lake State Park are spaced widely apart.
Even though Utah Lake State Park is in the middle of nowhere, it offers limited hookups. You can fish at this park with a license, and there is a fish-cleaning station on-site. Plus, there is a paddleboard rental facility next to Utah Lake State Park.
