You can visit the campground’s office to check email, pick up mail, send postcards or send a fax.
“Liberty Harbor is a great way to visit NYC and the surrounding area. It is very clear with how they advertise that it is base location to explore the area and not a campsite. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived later when the office was closed and received great reception from the security guards that are there 24/7. I was a little nervous on what to expect when we got there but there were no issues. Even getting to the location through the city wasn’t too bad and we have a 35′ travel trailer. I think most of the negative comments are due to expectations of a campground or something more glamorous but if you are looking to explore the area this is perfect. Local bar and restaurant, Surf City, is pretty good as well. We also had 3 kids in tow and they liked it too.” – Ken, Google Reviews
