Bullhead City Arizona Class B RV Rental Reviews

Fabulous, pick up and drop off were easy and the owners very accommodating to work with. We certainly would recommend it to others for a rental. Loved driving the vehicle.

My wife and I rented this RV from 6/1/19 to 6/8/19, and would cheerfully rent it again the next time we are visiting the Las Vegas area! This class B RV is a very convenient size for traveling (and easy to park!), but it doesn't skimp on the "glamping" ammenities. The bed was very comfortable for the two of us, and we enjoyed cooking breakfast most every morning. It was nice to have both AC and a heater available for those colder nights and hotter days we experienced this trip. Daniel provided a thorough orientation when we picked the unit up, and our trip was trouble-free for the entire duration. The bathroom is a bit small for larger people, but we typically used the shower at the campgrounds where we stayed. Daniel checked on us by phone during the week to make sure that we were having no problems, and was available for questions if we had run into any issues. Both of us thought the vehicle was easy to drive, and setup in camp was as easy as plugging in the power cable. For those campsites without power, the on-board solar and propane generator met our needs for electricity. We are planning to get our own RV in a few years, and are grateful Daniel let us try out his RV. Thanks Daniel!

Great First RV Trip I never used an RV. Zion and Bryce were on my bucket list. After lots of reviews I found a great combination. Rent this RV from Daniel near Vegas and use it for 7 days to see these two great National Parks. We are very pleased with the decision. Our trip was from 4-29 to 5-6-2019. I want to thank Daniel for investing the time in vetting me out and then educating and encouraging me. Because I was a first-time user, we talked for about an hour going over want I wanted to do with his RV and he explained what it could do for us and how this was a very good vehicle for our first trip. We had this conversation right after I booked the reservation. We had another conversation a few days before the trip. The Leisure Travel Free Spirit was perfect for us. Very easy to drive, the four rear wheels hold the road even in the high Plateau winds of Bryce. I did not keep exact miles for the trip but we got a least 25 miles to the gallon on this trip. The RV includes everything needed for a week-long trip for two. Daniel spent a lot of time explaining the systems on board to ensure we were ready to go. For those that haven’t done this yet, it pretty cool how easy it is to use. You can be set up in 15 minutes if you chose a campground with electricity and water. Or you can park anywhere and be self-sufficient because you have propane, a generator and water on board. The refrigerator/freezer is very large and works three ways. The refrigerator can run on battery power. When you are in a campground connected to electricity the refrigerator runs on that. The refrigerator can also run on propane. The RV has two extra batteries and solar panels. The extra batteries get charged when you are driving or hooked up to power or by the sun. The batteries stayed at 95% charged or better the whole trip. It got very cold while we were at Bryce, the low temperature was in the 30’s. Do not worry the RV has a propane furnace. We only used $15 of propane. Leisure Travel has videos of every model that it makes. This was very helpful to me. By watching the video of this RV, I was very familiar with the Free Spirit before I got to use it. We slept very well in the RV. My wife cooked breakfast each morning. We had snacks for lunch while we hiked and ate dinner out every night but one. We used the campground showers. This RV includes a wet shower, shower in the toilet area. It could work, but the campgrounds provided better showers. Zion and Bryce were amazing, astounding, wonderful and incredible. Even though you can see the pictures on line and review the parks and other people’s websites, you have to see them for yourself. These are truly bucket list places to go. And another great thing about Daniel’s RV is his location. He is 8 miles from the north end of the Vegas strip. You fly to Vegas, spend a night there, pick up the RV the next day and you are only a 2.5-hour drive from Zion. Bryce is only 1.5 hours from Zion. But I challenge you to get there that fast. The drive to Bryce from Zion includes a trip through the east side of Zion and it is out of this world. No one would be able to make that drive the first time and without stopping to take pictures. Give yourself at least a half an hour extra for that. We used the Zion Canyon campground and Ruby’s campground at Bryce. Both of these campgrounds are .5 mile outside the parks and both are included in the parks free shuttle bus routes. After you set up at the campground, you just use the shuttle bus to get around. This is a great system and I hope other parks adopt this idea. I give Daniel and his RV 4 out of 5 stars. There was one problem with the RV, the A/C in the driver’s cab did not work. We did not need this until the drive home so it wasn’t a big issue. Daniel did explain how we could use the roof A/C while we were driving back to Las Vegas. Daniel could stock the RV better. There were a limited number of utensils and towels. I would make sure there more of each the next time I rent this. Daniel was very busy the day we picked up the RV trying to get it all checked out before we left. This could explain why it wasn't fully stocked. I would never rent an RV the same day someone is returning it. Daniel pointed this out when I placed my reservation. He said this is an issue he has with the RV Share website. We talked about it and thought we could work it out.
