If you are traveling from Nashville, you want to follow the signs for Interstate 24. It will take about an hour to reach Old Stone Fort State Park. When you reach exit 105, take a right and follow the sign for U.S. 41. Keep right and stay on U.S. 41/Murfreesboro Highway. Follow the road for about 4.5 miles until you reach Stone Fort Drive. Make a right, and then follow the signs into the state park.
