- Times: check-in 2 pm, check-out 11 am. Early check-in (10 am) $40, late check-out (5 pm) $60. Late returns are $50/hour after a 1-hour grace period. No refunds for early returns.
- Pets: dogs and cats welcome at $10/night; add them to your booking. No aggressive breeds (full list in the rental agreement). An unlisted pet is charged the pet fee plus $150 cleaning if needed. No smoking or vaping inside: $250 odor fee plus any damage.
- Toilet: only waste and the RV toilet paper we provide. No wipes of any kind. A clog is $150 plus repair costs. Cleaning and tanks: return it as clean as you got it, or a $150 cleaning fee applies. Dump the tanks, or choose the $30 on-site or $60 hauled dump fee.
- Campsite: you book the site, and it must fit the trailer and have the hookups it needs. If we can't set up at your site, there's no refund. Towing: your vehicle must be rated for the trailer's maximum loaded weight and have a brake controller and 7-pin plug. Drivers 25+, with proof your insurance covers a towed rental trailer.
- Damage: report it within 24 hours. Repairs and any extra time we spend are billed at $75/hour. Breaking the rental agreement can end your trip early with no refund.
