Bob is one of the nicest and most communicative people I have ever met, even though we never met in person. The rig was very nice, comfortable set up for 2 couples, well outfitted. He was available to help when any questions came up. He dropped off the unit and clearly explained were it was, so it was easy to find. I can not recommend him enough, would give 6 stars if possible
From the very first message asking about availability, the communication was excellent. They answered all of our questions quickly and made the entire process easy. Check-in was smooth, and the trailer was fully set up and ready for us when we arrived. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and worked perfectly.
