- Strict No Smoking/Vaping Policy: No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or near the camper (including cigarettes, vapes, marijuana). Any evidence will result in a minimum $250 fee
- Pets Allowed with Approval Only: Pets must be disclosed and approved before booking. Pets must be well-behaved, supervised at all times, and kept off furniture and beds as much as possible.
- Camper must be returned in similar condition as received. Interior must be swept, trash removed, and surfaces wiped down. Tanks must be emptied or a $75 dump fee applies.
- Late returns will incur $50 per hour late fee or result in additional day charges unless previously discussed and approved with the host.
- Any damage, malfunction, or issue must be reported immediately during the rental period. Failure to report may result in full responsibility for repairs.
