We had a great rental experience working with Desirae. We had it delivered to us and set it up before we got there. She was very accommodating and a few things we needed in the kitchen that weren't there, she went and got them for us. The trailer was very clean and even had some camp chairs and a rug to use in the storage compartment.
Desirae was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with! This was our first time renting a travel trailer for a family trip, and she patiently answered our questions and explained what we needed for dry camping. She was flexible with pickup and accommodated a last-minute date change because of the weather, which we really appreciated.
