- No Smoking Policy No smoking inside the camper at any time. A $1,500 fee will be charged for any evidence of tobacco or marijuana use.
- Respect Equipment & Interior Treat the camper like your own. Any damage, broken items, or missing equipment will be charged accordingly.
- Return Condition Camper must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive mess, stains, odors, or trash may result in additional cleaning fees.
- The awning must be retracted anytime there are winds, storms, or when leaving the camper unattended. Damage caused by weather or failure to secure the awning properly is responsibility of the renter.
