We had a wonderful experience renting this RV and would absolutely rent it again! Son was incredibly helpful from start to finish, and his communication was excellent.
We had an unexpected storm come through during our stay that caused a power surge, and the air conditioner stopped working. Son immediately checked in with us and even offered to drive out in the middle of the night to come fix it.
Five stars! The owner delivered and set up the camper right at our campsite. The communication was excellent (quick to respond), and the Rv was incredibly clean and well sticked with everything we needed. Everything went smoothly and the stay was comfortable and very fun! Highly recommend!
The RV was exceptional. It was clean and well stocked. Hoang dropped off and picked up in a timely fashion. He set everything up and making it easy for me.
We take our family camping every year to Lake Lanier and rent an RV. This year we rented from Hoang, and could not have been happier with the experience. The RV is in immaculate condition and loaded with lots of amenities. I had to change my schedule a few times due to work and Hoang was very accommodating with delivering the RV to our campsite.
