- The awning must be retracted whenever the RV is left unattended or during winds exceeding 15 mph.
- Only "RV Safe" 1-ply toilet paper may be flushed. Absolutely no wipes (even "flushable" ones), feminine products, or paper towels.
- The RV must be returned with the black and gray tanks emptied
- Pets are welcome but must never be left unattended in the trailer unless they are crated. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or beds.
- No smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or incense) is permitted inside the trailer.
