- Black & Gray Tank Rule Do not flush anything except RV toilet paper in the toilet. No wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or trash.
- Weight Limit Maximum sleeping capacity is 9 people. Do not exceed this limit.
- Tank Dumping If the RV is returned with full waste tanks and dumping was required by the agreement, a dumping fee may apply.
- Awning Rule Do not leave the awning out during strong wind, rain, or when leaving the campsite. Awning damage is very expensive and the renter will be responsible.
