Ian was awesome to work with—super friendly and really helpful. The RV was amazing, spotless, and we had zero issues. Everything we needed was already there: bedding, towels, kitchen stuff, outdoor chairs, a gas grill, and more. Ian gave us a full walkthrough and answered all our questions before we left. He was also easy to reach by text during the trip. Will be renting this RV again for sure.
