Our fully loaded camper is stocked and ready to go for your camping experience! Comfortable queen size bed with foam topper and sliding door for privacy. Double bunkhouse / bunkbeds with a ladder, curtains for some privacy, lights, charging ports and fits an adult. The (2) theater style recliners also are comfy and you can easily fell asleep in them.

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Electric awning must be brought in during high wind and heavy rain. You will be responsible for any damages done up to and including replacement. Just be smart :-)
- Use RV safe toilet paper (provided by us) If pickup (not delivery) renter (you) must empty grey & black tanks. We provide waste hoses and honeywagon. Otherwise $50 for (us) to empty your (icky stuff)
- Please do not dispose of grease down the sink or toilet. You will be charged to clean out pipes of camper otherwise. (You don't do it home, so don't do it here)
- Pick up and drop off times are negotiable. As well as for delivery day and times. If your destination is outside 100miles for pickup or over 65miles for delivery contact us for possibly agreement.
- No smoking inside camper and no pets inside camper. It's best that way for us and the next people renting in the camper. Outside the camper ... you do you :-)
