- Minimum renter age of 25
- Treat our RV like your own: no illegal activity, no unsafe behavior, and never climb on the roof. Safety comes first to protect you, your passengers, and the vehicle at all times during your trip.
- Strict no smoking policy inside the RV. Evidence of smoking will result in up to a $750 fee for professional cleaning, treatment, and disinfection to restore the unit properly.
- Return the RV on time, cleaned, and with septic tanks dumped. Late changes, excess mileage, or failure to clean and empty tanks will result in additional fees per your rental agreement.
- Renters must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license and required insurance coverage. Protection plans are excess policies; your primary auto insurance must be filed first for any claim.
- Burning Man use is strictly prohibited, as insurance will not cover the RV for this event. No refunds for early returns. Please follow all terms and enjoy a safe, responsible trip.
