Starting with communication, John was very attentive to our questions, quick to answer with clear response and direction. The unit was clean with more amenities than the expected. Orientation to the unit was great, left little to no room guessing or trying to figure out. The unit has plenty of power, brakes and steering were spot on with all powered equipment working flawlessly.
