Bill was great to work with. Smooth, prompt communication, and the RV was as expected. Bill went above and beyond. We had him deliver and pick up the unit from Upper Iowa Resort in NE Iowa. When we arrived, he had the awning up, rug out, chairs set outside the RV, and the AC running. Bill's unit was well stocked with kitchen items, games, toilet paper, paper towels, some cleaning products, etc.
