- No smoking or vaping inside unit any signs of smoking or vaping and or evidence of pets inside unit will result in $1,000 fee
- No damages inside or outside of unit no standing on roof and no jumping on beds or jumping on dinette furniture.
- Unit will leave clean and needs to come back clean so black tanks and grey tanks and freshwater tank will need to be dumped at campsite failure to comply will result in $100.00 fee
- Electric awning needs to be rolled in at night when going to bed and do not put awning out if there is excessive wind Also if there are storms at your location, please leave the awning rolled up.
- Please be advised that if you travel the unit or any tolls you are required to pay for them the owner of the unit is not responsible for your tolls.
