- No Smoking 🚭 Smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the RV. A cleaning fee of $250 will apply if smoke odor is detected.
- No Bumper-Mounted Accessories 🚫 Do not mount bikes, racks, or storage onto the rear bumper or frame. This may cause damage and void the trailer’s warranty.
- Towing Requirements 🛻 Tow vehicle must have a 7-pin connector and brake controller. You are responsible for towing safely and within vehicle capacity limits.
- Return Clean & Dumped 🧼 Please return the RV clean (inside) and with the black and gray tanks emptied. A $100 fee applies if tanks are not dumped.
- Pets Welcome (With Care) 🐾 We love furry companions! Please clean up after pets and keep them off beds/seating if possible to avoid excessive fur or odor.
