Phillip picked me up from the train station and took me to the mall parking lot just to show me how everything worked, like the water, the solar, etc. He went into detail and answered every question I had. He also had provided more items within the van than I needed. Phillip had thought ahead and provided me with the means of having the best trip of a lifetime.
This was my first RV adventure, (bear in mind I am solo and 75 yrs. old). Parts of it were challenging (1) lots of instructions for all the amenities, (2) I hadn't ever driven anything that size before) but Phillip was always immediately available if I had a problem (and I did, but we addressed it long distance and all was well).
