James appeared to be a honest person. We rented his RV July 25 to July 28th. I specifically pick his RV because it was a 2024 because I didn’t want any problems. We was traveling from Michigan to Illinois. Day 1 we pick up th RV paid extra for James to bring the RV to us which was conveniently fine. The RV was clean and intact as the pictures shown.

First, the RV’s air conditioning was in full working order before your rental and had no prior issues. We performed a thorough check before your departure, and the unit was functioning as expected.
