- Occupancy Maximum occupancy: 7 guests. Only registered guests may stay in the camper. Smoking No smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products inside the camper. Violation fee: $500 plus any addition
- No pets without prior written approval. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or cleaning. No one is permitted on the roof for any reason. Renter is responsible for all roof damage.
- Retract the awning whenever leaving the campsite or when winds exceed 15 mph. Renter is responsible for all awning damage. Do not operate slide-outs unless the camper is level and stabilized.
- Do not climb on furniture, countertops, or exterior components. No candles, fireworks, or open flames inside the camper. Return the camper reasonably clean. PREVENT WATER DAMAGE (windows/slides out)
- Only RV toilet paper (Scotts Rapid Dissolve) and human waste may be flushed. No wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other items. Renter is responsible for any plumbing repairs caused by misuse.
