- We will ask you to complete our rental agreement after you book on rvshare. We will send a link
- Please disclose all Festival destinations up front. Festival fee and higher security deposit applies. Nightly rate may increase.
- Absolutely no smoking. Fine will be $750.00 for evidence or lingering odor removal and disinfectant for the next guest. Pets: must be in a kennel when left alone. Check regularly for their safety
- Stay off the roof. If you're towing yourself, please empty the septic. Septic fee $100.00 applies if we have to take it back out to dump.
- Use the awning at your own risk. Be sure to make sure the entry door is clear of the arm prior to opening. Put it in at night and when you leave. Strong winds, weather can damage arms and fabric.
