Johnny was awesome to work with and the RV was incredible. Made all the difference camping off grid for a week.
We had a very disappointing experience renting this RV. From the start, the trailer was handed over with a lot of the owner’s personal belongings still inside, which felt unprofessional and unprepared.
As soon as we arrived at the campsite, the batteries began dying repeatedly and would not hold a charge.
Unfortunately I cannot review renters so I’ll respond here. From the beginning this renter showed zero interest in learning how to operate the trailer, specifically missing key steps in how to operate the bunks. The batteries were fully charged at pick up. Personally items included cookware, some toiletry items, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary to warrant “unprofessional”.
Easy to work with and great rental experience.
