This trailer is very spacious and has the benefit of the sectioned off master and kids rooms. There is a second AC in the back room that is piped in with the original AC. There is a tankless hot water heater as well, that you can control the temperature and see what temperature the water is at. Has an outdoor kitchen with a blackstone griddle and burner.

This rental started off OK, but it did not end well. I’m posting this review in order to save people from my experience. You can decide for yourself whether or not to risk renting from Randy.
First, although my Dodge Ram 1500 was technically rated to pull the RV, it was too heavy for my truck. Those with a similar vehicle, I would recommend renting or borrowing something bigger.
I want to thank Eric for his honest review, I do agree that there was a water issue and the water pump failed. I was extremely communicative answering him asap while I was at work. I spent 5 hours Saturday morning driving up and replacing the pump, that I then tested and confirmed worked. I also emptied the tanks for him as they filled the gray tank in less than 24 hours.
