- Absolutely no smoking. Fine will be $750.00 for evidence or lingering odor removal and disinfectant for the next guest. Pets: must be in a kennel when left alone. Check regularly for their safety
- Stay off the roof. If you're towing yourself, please empty the septic. Septic fee $100.00 applies if we have to take it back out to dump.
- We welcome families, please no rough housing inside the camper. The table should not be leaned/climbed on. This is a common damage item. It has one leg and a connection to the camper wall opposite.
- Use the awning at your own risk. Be sure to make sure the entry door is clear of the arm prior to opening. Put it in at night and when you leave. Strong winds, weather can damage arms and fabric.
- Camper must come back in the same condition as when you picked it up. Prep fee includes final 30 minute disinfectant only. Cleaning fees apply.

Highly recommend adding rv share interior damage protection insurance to your rental. All interior damage is otherwise out of pocket to the guest and is not covered by the comp/collision policy. (especially those with a dog)
