The main reason we bought this RV was for the 70" x 80" king bed with inverted USB and USB C charging stations on both sides of the bed. It has LED reading lights. Another huge plus is the domed 84" ceiling that makes it comfortable for taller individuals. The blackout shades are better than any RV we have had before so makes it nice for staying in well lit neighborhoods as well.

I grew up tent/car camping and recently converted over to an RV to be able to avoid hotels and airports while on business trips and love the flexibility of making my appointments and being able stop in a national park along the way.
I have large portions of the year that I am not able to be on the road so would like to make my RV available to others.

It is parked in a quiet, low-traffic side of our warehouse(eight-foot fence with plants on one side, building on the other) and conveniently located off South Pacific Highway in Talent, OR. As we primarily use it for storage, there is very little traffic. It will have electricity, water, and sewage, plus additional parking for your car.

- NO SMOKING or VAPING at any time. If it is determined that smoking has taken place in the RV a $250 admin fee will be assessed and the security deposit will be withheld until the cost of the RV to
- All campers are responsible for their own safety and children should not be left unsupervised as it isn’t possible to childproof an RV.
- If there is an incident or accident that requires me to get a quote for insurance and repair there will be a $250 administrative fee taken from the deposit.
- If the appliances need to be cleaned by a professional there will be a $250 admin fee along with the bill from the Rv shop. Usually Jackson RV or camping world.
