- Renter must provide safe, dedicated 30-amp service unless dry camping is pre-approved. Owner may cancel delivery with no refund if power is unsafe, unavailable, or not solely for RV use.
- No climbing on the roof or attaching items to the bumper or ladder. Do not add bike racks, storage, or other equipment to these areas. Bumper is not rated for more than a spare tire and may break off.

Very clean and well kept, everything exactly as listed and everything was in great shape. Beds are very comfortable (not regular RV mattresses). Great communication with Sandy, made the whole experience very easy. I will be renting from her again.

I would definitely rent from Sandy again the RV was very clean and nicely equipped with comfortable beds, very nice linens and thoughtful items. She was very accommodating with delivery, set up, pick up also had helpful printed information about the RV. She was available for any questions I had. It was a very good experience.
