Its unfortunate to share this review. I'll start with the positives, the unit does in fact drive well. That was the only item that met expectations. We looked for a low mileage relatively new RV to rent over Labor Day with the idea that if we had to dry camp we'd be covered in comfort. That was a poor assumption on this RV.
Poor rental experience. Owner was not present at time of pick up or return. Upon pickup, RV had various dirty items left from previous use, including a used retainer and a dirty diaper. We did not have access to all storage compartments, as several were kept as locked storage for owner’s personal use. We were charged $250 dumping fee after being told explicitly that we did not need to dump tanks.
Very unfortunate that someone who we rented our motorhome, and asked for early pick up, that was honored 7 hours before, would write something like that just because was charged cleaning fee, something that everyone charging and spreading lies about not being told that the motorhome needs to be brought back with empty gray and black tanks and full fuel tank, after all was charged for cleaning fee
