- No awning use, we provide a 10x10 popup for free instead! No smoking, drugs or other strong smells inside the RV. There is a $3,000 smoking fee to remediate the damage. We allow 2 dogs, well trained.
- For stationary delivery, no moving RV during use or hooking up to a truck . Do not adjust stabilizers or slide outs if delivered. (We do it for you!) Dogs are to stay off the furniture whenever poss.
- It is expected for the RV to be left the way you got it (clean!) Laundry and a basic clean and sanitation is expected for us. This RV is supplied with cleaning supplies for all surfaces for free.
- Videos and photos are taken before and after every rental for inventory and condition purposes. All tires and suspension is checked before every rental and serviced by professionals.
- This RV is delivery only due to length and size.
