Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Keep It Clean – Please return the RV in the same clean condition you received it. A cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
- No Smoking/Vaping – Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. A $300 fee will apply for any smoke-related damage or odors.
- No Pets (Unless Approved) – Pets are only allowed with prior approval and may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
- Toilet Use & Holding Tanks – Only RV-safe toilet paper should be used. Do not flush anything else. Black and gray water tanks must be emptied before return. Dumping fees will apply
- Delivery Setup & Teardown - Deliveries made after 4 pm, pickups made before 12 pm. We will set up the RV and provide a walkthrough. At which time an inspection and handoff will occur.

This was my first time renting an RV and I didn’t get the chance to really experience the whole thing. We wasn’t able to use the bathroom or have water. The microwave didn’t work. Didn’t really power , owner didn’t supply generator to use so we had to use our own power supply to stay cool. Food wasted and spoiled that we had to throw away. Afterwards, he said we broke the awning that we didn’t do!
