- This RV will come to you with the grey and waste tanks empty. Please dump them at an appropriate facility before returning Vanly to us, otherwise our rate is $300 to clean the tanks.

I have nothing but good things to say about this van and our trip, our host Angela was very nice and easy to work with. We had a hectic weekend before our vacation and Angela was willing to work with us on picking up the van early which was a huge time saver. We drove the camper van from St. Louis to Estes park Colorado and back.

This is very hard to write. The camper is actually incredible. Beautifully designed and so nice inside. The problem is it had issues the second I got it. The windshield wiper fell off within seconds of picking up the van and the next am when I drove it to my destination (10mi away) it broke down and would not restart. I had to leave it and get a ride from my husband to our final destination.
It was a hard weekend as it was my wife's birthday which she cancelled to take care of your issues.
Below are the facts.
1. Sorry about the wiper, it was missed and it shouldn't have been.
2. You had the van for 24 hours.
3. We were under no obligation to retake possession, but we did for you. RV share provides amazing coverage in care of breakdowns.
