Rental Rules

- You will be authorized to take the RV only to the agreed upon destination with stops for fuel, food, and entertainment. Please do not deviate without calling first.
- Please plan your route to include your dumping stations to avoid extra fees. These are usually cheap to use. RV must be filled with gas when returned.
- The insurance on this RV is Liability Only. Renter pays for any deductibles. Comprehensive Damages will be deducted from your deposit if no comprehensive insurance.
- If you break something, take something or leave something behind, you will be charged for it. Renter must refill gas and propane before returning RV.
- Security deposit can be used for all damages, inside or outside, breakage, gasoline or propane fillups and fees, cleaning, overages and Ins deductibles. Renter is responsible for all these things.

James was very responsive when messaging. He was thorough when going over how everything worked. He provided us with walkie talkies to communicate when backing in and parking the RV. The RV was dated but everything worked as it should and was well taken care of.
Renter was awesome. Communicated well, followed instructions, very nice people.
James was very helpful in getting us to know the unit. "Cousin Eddy" as we named the RV is an older unit. We basically used the AC, the fridge, the toilet, and the bed to sleep in. Our group did all the cooking outside, and we used the showerhouse for showers. We couldn't get the backup camera to work. Also an alarm was going off but a quick phone call to James and we fixed that.

James was incredibly nice and accommodating. The camper was as described and a great value compared to some others fee's. He is fast to communicate. If you're looking to rent from a good and honest person, this is your guy :). He is near the famous Fast Eddie's to stop for lunch after drop off too!
