this is a beautiful fifth wheel with 4 slide outs and room for 2 families. there are 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms the front bedroom has a queen size mattress and a full bathroom with a shower. The rear bedroom has 2 bunk beds with fold up twins on top and full size couch beds on bottom not to mention 2 trundle bed/ mattresses under the couches and a bathroom with exterior door in back bedroom.

Joel was exceptionally helpful and hospitable while explaining all the setup and operation procedures before we took off. Stayed in great communication while we were on our trip. RV itself was clean, equipped with all the amenities, and provided a great space for our group of 7. We had a blast on the trip and will certainly look to rent from Joel in the future!
