- No Smoking Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the RV. If smoke odors or residue are detected, additional charges will apply.
- Dogs Allowed with Restrictions Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed (sorry, no cats). Dogs may not be left unattended in the RV and must follow all campground rules. A nightly pet fee applies.
- Return Clean RV must be returned in clean condition (inside and out). A $250 flat cleaning fee will apply if not cleaned properly.
- Awning Use at Renter’s Risk Please use care. Damage due to misuse or weather will be renter’s responsibility.
- No Roof Access Do not climb on the roof at any time. Renter is responsible for any resulting damage.

I contacted this renter late on a Friday night after a last minute cancelation. Dan responded promptly to our request and was able to accommodate us for the following Monday. The camper was delivered on time to our campground clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week! We were very pleased with Dan's communication and willingness to work with us on such short notice!
