- No Smoking Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the RV. If smoke odors or residue are detected, additional charges will apply.
- Dogs Allowed with Restrictions Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed (sorry, no cats). Dogs may not be left unattended in the RV and must follow all campground rules. A nightly pet fee applies.
- Return Clean RV must be returned in clean condition (inside and out). A $250 flat cleaning fee will apply if not cleaned properly.
- Awning Use at Renter’s Risk Please use care. Damage due to misuse or weather will be renter’s responsibility.
- No Roof Access Do not climb on the roof at any time. Renter is responsible for any resulting damage.

Dan was amazing to work with. We had to make some changes to our reservation and he was quick to respond and very accommodating. The camper is in fantastic condition, very roomy and had plenty of sleeping space for everyone. We will be booking again!
