- Burning Man - This RV is Burning Man friendly. Expect to pay higher nightly rates and 2x Security Deposit. Detail Cleaning Fee of $750 will be applied to RVs not returned in acceptable condition.
- The Black and Grey tanks need to be emptied prior to return. If they are not empty you will be subject to a $300 fee. A prepaid dump fee can be added before taking possession of the RV for $150
- Please adhere to your scheduled pick up and drop off times as closely as possible. Arrive early, you will be subject to a wait. Arrive late, you may also be subject to a wait and a fine
- Our pick up and drop off times are flexible within our regular business hours Monday- Sunday 9am to 4pm, we will contact you prior to your trip to get you into open slots on our calendar.

The entire process was a great experience. Communication with owners was great the pickup and orientation can not be beat. We went over everything in and out of camper and had good understanding of how everything worked. The drop off was equally efficient and professional. We had a great time with " Patricia".

Marissa was awesome! Excellent communication. She was very thorough during the orientation when we picked up the camper. Marissa is very knowledgeable about all the systems in the camper and she has a great personality too! We will definitely be renting from them again.
