RV is parked on my property with separate entrance.
The setup fee ensures the RV will come delivered clean with a full freshwater tank, full propane tanks and full battery. The RV will be parked and leveled with slides and awnings out, plugged in where applicable and hoses connected for freshwater and grey/black tanks.
