- No Smoking or Vaping – Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the camper. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if detected.
- No Pets (unless approved in writing before booking) – Unauthorized pets will result in loss of deposit plus cleaning fees.
- Return Condition – Camper must be left clean inside (dishes washed, floors swept, counters wiped) and trash removed. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if not returned in clean condition.
- Late Checkout – Late departures without prior approval will result in a $50/hour late fee.
