Unit comes with a queen size bed and kitchenette that converts to a bed! I supply the sheets for these. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans. Unit comes with a mid size refrigerator and freezer. Has a three burner range and double sink. Bathroom has a shower. I also supply bath towels, wash clothes and toilet paper.
