Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 30
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking, Drugs or Vaping in RV
- No Climbing on Roof or towing
- Fill Gas, Propane and empty water tank before drop off
- No Burning Man, Gorge Concerts, No Concerts or Festivals
- Please Return RV clean, water tank empty, gas and propane full. Failure to do so with result in a $250 fee per item plus the price of fuel.
Worry-free Services
1 Pet minimum with required Pet Cleaning Fee
Unit must be returned in the same clean condition it was picked up, failure to do so will result in a $200 excess cleaning fee.
RV to be returned full of gas and propane.
