Renter Beware – Major Issues & Zero Accountability
We recently rented this RV, and while it was delivered on time, that’s about the only thing that went right. The unit was in rough shape, and it quickly became clear that basic maintenance had been neglected.
On our first night, the generator died after just 1-2 hours, leaving us in a freezing 50-degree RV overnight.
We inspected the camper before we dropped it off. Everything was working. We used the generator to open the slides and it was working. Our customers come first, if something is not working, we want them to notify us during their trip. We are open 24/7. We don’t expect our customers to troubleshoot any issues with our campers.
