- • Pre-setup Requirement: Ensure proper electrical connections and a place to dump waste. Specify if a waste tank or a generator is needed. Guests must dump waste tanks if opting out of septic fees.
- Campers, festival goers and tailgaters are solely responsible for their own parking, parking passes, game or tailgating tickets, and securing a campsite if not docking at a residence.
- **Smoking Policy:** Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. **Consequences of Smoking:** Forfeiture of the premises and your deposit. An additional cleaning fee of $500 will be applicable.
- Kindly refrain from climbing atop the camper or affixing any flags, tapestries, decals, or stickers to any of the equipment or property. Guests are responsible for damages and missing items.
