- The rig cannot be moved once it is setup. Please ensure that there is adequate space for camper and equipment. Please follow all rules and regulations or the RV parks/campgrounds and stadiums.
- Our team sets up rig and equipment, so please ensure that there are proper electrical connections and a place to dump waste. If not, please specify if an additional waste tank/ generator is needed.
- Campers and Tailgaters are responsible for their own parking, parking passes, game or tailgating tickets and securing a spot at campground if not docking at a home.
- Refrain from smoking in or on our properties. Any signs of smoke will result in full forfeiture of your deposit and additional cleaning fees will be applied; same for pets/hair, damage or urine.
- Please do not climb on top of the camper or hang any flags, tapestry, decal or stickers on any of the equipment/property.
Enjoy our accommodations, which include complimentary parking; please refrain from blocking the driveway or sidewalk. If you have visitors, please keep your limit to four or less. We kindly request that you leave your furry friends at home. Damages and repairs resulting from animals have proven costly. We appreciate your consideration for other guest and respect for our property. You are welcome to utilize outdoor furniture, grill, and accessories provided you handle them with care.
Packages and other camping equipment can be rented separately via Square or Venmo under Sleepyheadz Campers and Tents LLC. Invoices and receipts are included.
