Emily was great. We rented her RV for a week with our family of 4. It ran great and averaged between 9-10 mpg. Very reasonable on cost and fees. Everything worked great (AC, heater, generator, stove, pull outs). It was fully stocked with everything you’d need … pots, pans, paper goods, plastic ware, towels, bedding, camp chairs, etc. Great hosts that we would definitely rent from again!
Emily was highly communicative from the start. The RV was great and had everything we needed. The RV was as advertised. We had the RV delivered to a nearby hotel in Portland and drove to The Gorge in Washington. The RV drove nicely and set up was a breeze. We only had to load up with groceries, paper cups and one extra camping chair (so now they have 5).
We were extremely disappointed with our experience renting this RV. The condition of the vehicle upon pick-up was unacceptable and not at all as represented. It was as if the RV had never been cleaned—there were mouse droppings throughout every drawer, cup holder, every storage bay, cushions/mattresses, and every nook. It was fully infested.
