Communication was great and very important. Best thing about the whole experience was communication with the rental agent.
Luis was great to work with throughout the time we had the RV. There were a few hiccups' which were encountered; however, Luis was easily reachable and returned our call timely.
The RV was comfortable and very easy to handle on the road (I've driven large vehicles for 15+ years) and having the ability to stop whenever and wherever we chose was nice.
One of the worst maintained RVs we have ever come across, from Mould in the fridge to things continually not working like the awning & other important fixtures, the Owner didn’t supply bedding as stated as well as too many other things to list, regretful hire experiance. Comfortable driving seating, economical, but that’s about it.
Luis was great to work with. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions.
For first timers, this RV met our expectations and needs. We had a great trip. Size of shower was a plus! Both AC and heat worked great. Was very impressed with how comfortable the seats were while driving. Handled nicely on the interstate and in traffic.
Highly recommend for any first time RV'r.
We made a good decision to rent an RV for our trip. To Luis's credit the best part was we had a couple issues with the RV we didn't understand and he solved them with just a phone call. VERY IMPRESSIVE. He told us to call if we needed anything, we called, he fixed it. We would rent from Luis again.
Luis kept in touch with me once the date got closer, he was very forth coming and helpful, he even reached out during the trip to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend Luis to anyone.
