Douglas was very easy to work with and the communication was great. It's a lovely unit and hubby says it drives like a dream. We would rent this unit again if we are camping in the area. Hope
Doug was super easy to work with and very accommodating. The RV was very nice and roomy, drove great and had lots of storage. The dual zone A/C kept us nice and cool on a comfy bed in the master suite, while the kids each had their own beds upfront.
On the trip I had a couple questions and Doug responded immediately.
I am very happy with my experience and will rent from Doug again in the future.
